	Mahi Mahi A delicious white fish that is short-lived, making it low in mercury; cooked on the grill and topped with a Mediterranean salsa or blackened Cajun style.
	Tuscan Seafood Pasta Extra virgin oil, sweet white onions, garlic, tomato sauce, and white wine make up the sauce. Add mussels, shrimp, scallops and calamari, spices and lots of love. Serve this over angel hair, and you get what Wendy Malek called “so good it’s insane.”
	Elk Elk is considered the best of all Rocky Mountain wild game because of its wonderful flavor. As with all wild game, it’s best cooked less than beef. Wonderful cooked on the grill just as is. The flavor of this meat should be allowed to stand on its own four hooves.
